DAY 1 Arrive at Kochi

Arrive at Cochin and check into the hotel. Afternoon visit Dutch Palace, Jewish Synagogue, St. Francis church and Chinese fishing nets. Optional sightseeing at extra cost to Elephanta Beach. Start early morning by 7 am and embark on the most memorable snorkelling trip, *just 40 min by boat this beach offers snorkelers calm blue shallow waters and is the perfect spot for beginner snorkelers. The boat goes right up to the beach and it’s so easy to slip on your gear and just start snorkelling. It’s also a great place to just spend the day lying on the beach and relaxing. The beach is very scenic with fallen trees and white sand giving the photographer some interesting shots. The reef here starts very close to shore at a depth of about 1 metre. The large reef is mostly made up of hard coral and has plenty of marine life. Note: Inclusive of snorkelling equipment and car pick up and drop to jetty. DAY 5 Havelock – Port Blair

After Breakfast, we take you for the tour of Port Blair city which covers Cellular Jail (National Memorial), Chatham saw mill (the oldest and biggest mill in Asia), Forest Museum, Samundrika (Naval Marine Museum), Science Centre, Anthropological Museum, which displays the tools, models habitats, art and handcrafts of the aboriginal tribes of Andaman & Nicobar Islands, After that we proceed to Corbyn’s Cove beach Shopping : At evening, we proceed to Sagarika ( the Govt. DAY 6 Darjeeling Sightseeing

After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Japanese Temple, Peace pagoda, Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park & Himalayan Mountaineering Institute. Overnight at the hotel.

Itinerary

DAY 1 Arrive at Gangtok

On arrival at NJP Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (500Ft / 150Mts) will be met by our office executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5500 Ft /1677 Mts, 130 Kms / 04 to 05 Hrs). Check in and over night at hotel.

DAY 2 Gangtok Sightseeing

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake – situated at a height of 12400Ft / 3780 Mts / 43Kms in 3Hrs one way, with an average depth of 50 ft. The cool water of the lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok. Overnight at hotel.

DAY 3 Gangtok – Lachen

Pick from Gangtok Hotel and transfer to Lachen (9500 Ft / 2896 Mts / 130 Kms / 06 to 07 Hrs). On the way visit Tashi view point, Kabi Longtsok, Seven sister’s water fall Singhik view point, Lunch on route and Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 4 Lachen – Lachung

Today excursion to Chopta valley & Gorudongmar (17800 Ft / 5427 Mts) then transfer to Lachung (8000 Ft / 2439 Mts , 60 kms/ 03 to 04 Hrs). Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 5 Lachung to Yumthang and back

DAY 6 Lachung to Gangtok

DAY 7 Gangtok Sightseeing – Pelling

Morning Go for a half day sightseeing covering Jhakri Water Falls (04 hrs) along with Droul Chorthen, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom (Closed on Sunday), Flower Show. Afternoon transfer to Pelling (6100 Ft / 1860 Mts, 116 Kms / 05 to 06 Hrs). Check in and Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 8 Pelling to Yuksom

After breakfast we drive to Yuksom (35 Kms / 02 Hrs)on way visit Darap village, Rimbi water fall, Rimbi Hydro Project & Kechopari Lake (6000 Ft / 1829 Mts), it is one of the sacred Buddhist mountain lake and it is believed that whatever is wished in front of the lake comes true. Myth is that when a leaf falls on the placid clear water surface is picked by a bird , Kanchendzonga Water falls. A further drive takes you to Yuksom (5840 Ft / 1780 Mts), (the meeting place of three monks) – the first capital of Sikkim. This was the place where the first Chogyal (a ruling dynasty in Sikkim) was crowned. Overnight at Hotel.

DAY 9 Depart from Pelling

After breakfast proceed to NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport (150 Kms / 05 Hrs), for your onward connection.
