The Cabin Creek Ranger Residence and Dormitory, additionally referred to as the Cabin Creek Ranger Station, were in-built 1934 and 1935 in cypress parkland by the Civilian Conservation Corps. The three-room wood-frame residence and also the two-room dormitory ar samples of the parkland Service Rustic vogue.The two buildings stand near the previous website of the Lost Grove Entrance Station. They were designed by cardinal employees from the Buckeye cardinal camp throughout the summers of 1934 and 1935, to accommodate rangers for the Lost Grove entrance to the Generals road.
