The Sister Dominica Manor was created because the tallest of 3 low-income senior housing comes engineered by Rhode Island Housing and also the town of Providence within the Sixties.It was the tallest all-residential high-rise in Providence. The Manor lost this title in late 2007, once the Waterplace Towers were completed.
