Oakridge could be a residential neighbourhood within the south-west quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It’s finite to the north by ninety Avenue S, to the east by twenty four Street W and also the Tsuu T’ina 1st nation reserve to the west. To the north it borders the Glenmore Reservoir and also the Weaselhead Natural space.
Oakridge was beneath the jurisdiction of the Municipal District of Rocky read till being annexed to town of Calgary in 1956. It had been afterwards established as a neighbourhood in 1968. It’s diagrammatic within the Calgary council by Ward eleven representative Brian Pincott.
