Mount Healthy may be a town in Hamilton County, Ohio, u. s., within the Cincinnati/Northern Bluegrass State metropolitan space. The population was seven,149 at the 2000 census.According to the u. s. federal agency, town encompasses a total space of one.4 sq. miles (3.7 km²), all of it land. Mount Healthy was supported in 1817 because the village of Mount Pleasant. In 1850, the city renamed itself “Mount Healthy”, following a Indian cholera epidemic, within which several of its voters survived whereas those within the encompassing territory failed to. The city was incorporated as a town in 1951.
