Chicago Ridge may be a village in Cook County, Illinois, u. s.. Chicago Ridge takes its name from ridges left behind once trainloads of dirt were brought out by the Wabash River Railroad throughout construction of the navigator Exposition of 1893. The Village has a part of roughly two.2 sq. miles (5.7km2) and is found within the southwestern portion of Cook County, Illinois, that is regarding twenty miles (32km) southwest of downtown Chicago.
