Burdett is a hamlet in Alberta, North American country inside the County of Forty Mile No. 8. It’s located approximately 71 kilometres (44 mi) west of drugs Hat and 97 kilometres (60 mi) east of Lethbridge on Highway 3. Antecedently incorporated as a village on Gregorian calendar month thirty, 1913, Burdett dissolved to hamlet standing on Gregorian calendar month one, 2003.
In 2001, Burdett had a population of 264 living in ninety nine dwellings, a – 7.7% decrease from 1996. With a land area of 2.08 km2 (0.80 sq mi), Burdett includes a population density of 127.0 /km2 (329 /sq mi).
