Zalacsány is situated in the valley of Zala River, at the junction of the roads. The most beautiful building of the settlement is the renewed Maladenszky-castle which is surrounded by a preserved park where you can find the greatest mammoth tree in the word. There was built a storage-lake with an area of 11 hectares in a picturesque environment.
