Yurécuaro could be a city and a municipality within the region of the Chapala cienega at the north-west within the Mexican state of Michoacán. Yurécuaro comes from the purepecha iorekuarhu means that “River side” or “Place of growing” “lugar pack al rio” o “Lugar Diamond State crecientes”.It is set at northwest of the state, in a very height of 1530 meters (5065 ft) on the extent of the ocean.
