Detail InformationEdit
The Yuchengco Museum initially opened for public in September 2005. Its primary goal was to foster a greater social appreciation of art through fine international as well as local, cultural, historical, and design exhibits and periodical programs. Located at Makati City, in the heart of Metro Manila’s financial centre, this Museum is not only an extraordinary showcase of art, but also a brilliant platform of exchange, debate, and education on the subject. Originally created to house the art collection of Ambassador Alfonso T. Yuchengco and to highlight his distinguished career as a businessman, diplomat, collector, philanthropist, patron of the arts, and advocate for education in and around the World.
