Yermo may be a city in San Bernardino County, California. Its name comes from the Spanish word for geographical region. it’s situated thirteen miles east of town within the desert on interstate fifteen, simply south of the Calico Mountains. The city incorporates a population of one,500-2,000 (2009). Yermo hosts the 1859 acre (7.5 sq. kilometer) storage and industrial annex of the United States Marines supply Base town.
