The tiny community of Yardley is seagirt by the river and Ewing, New Jersey on the east, and by Lower Makefield administrative division on the north, west, and south. The population was two,434 at the 2010 census. In step with the us government agency, the borough features a total space of one.0square mile (2.6Square kilometers), of which, 0.9square miles (2.3Square kilometers) of it’s land and zero.1square miles (0.26Square kilometer) of it (9.90%) is water. The Delaware Canal and its towing path cut the borough from northwest to southeast. Access points to the canal ar set at Edgewater Avenue, Afton Avenue, Black Rock Road, East faculty Avenue, and Letchworth Avenue.
