Woodsville could be a census-designated place (CDP) within the city of Haverhill in Grafton County, New Hampshire, U.S., on the Connecticut|river|United States|United States of America|America|US|U.S.|USA|U.S.A.} at the mouth of the Ammonoosuc River. The population was one,126 at the 2010 census. Though North Haverhill is formally the county courthouse of Grafton County, the village of Woodsville has historically been thought of the county courthouse, because the county seat was originally placed there.
