The Women’s National Republican Club is that the oldest non-public club for Republican ladies within the u. S. Based by Henrietta Wells Livermore in 1921. The club grew out of the sooner women’s right to vote movement in New York that diode to the Nineteenth change . The club engineered its third and current home on 51st street in 1934. That Neo-Georgian vogue building was engineered on the previous web site of St. Andrew Carnegie’s home and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013. The club continues to serve its members with guest rooms and feeding, additionally to political lectures. It permits men to hitch as associate members.
