Willow Ranch (formerly, Willowranch) is AN unorganised community in Modoc County, California. It’s situated thirty three.3 miles (54 km) nor’-nor’-east of Alturas, at AN elevation of 4731 feet (1442 m).The Willow Ranch post workplace opened in 1871, enclosed 1882, re-opened in 1883, modified its name to Willowranch in 1896, affected in 1900, and altered its name back to Willow Ranch in 1950. The first web site was situated regarding two miles (3.2 km) off from the current one; the city affected to an area on the railway when it reached the world.
