Willard may be a village in Torrance County, New Mexico, us. The population was 240 at the 2000 census. It’s a part of the city Metropolitan applied math space. The village isn’t experiencing an equivalent extreme growth that cities farther north within the state ar. A power plant has recently been made upon the mesa simply south of the city. It provides power for regarding twenty five,000 homes in Arizona.
