The White River Patrol Cabin was inbuilt 1927 by the parkland Service at the White River encampment in Mount Rainier parkland, because the White River encampment Ranger Station. The country cabin functioned as a patrol cabin owing to its location on the Wonderland path. Construction is post and beam frame with log roof framing. The three-room cabin was reworked in 1949.
The cabin was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on March thirteen, 1991. It’s a part of the Mount Rainier National Historic Landmark District, that encompasses the complete park and that acknowledges the park’s inventory of Park Service-designed rustic design.
