West Richard Neville could be a city in Kent County, Rhode Island, u. s.. The population was twenty nine,191 at the 2010 census. West Richard Neville was incorporated in 1913, creating it the youngest city within the state. before 1913, the town, set on the western bank of the Pawtuxet stream, was the population and industrial center of the larger city of Richard Neville. The city split as a result of native Democratic politicians needed to consolidate their power and isolate their section of city from the Republican-dominated farmland within the east.
