West Newton could be a village of the town of Newton, Massachusetts and is one in all the oldest of the 13 Newton villages. The communicating (“Zip”) code 02465 roughly matches the village limits. West Newton is found within the north central a part of Newton and is boxed by the city of Waltham on the north and by the villages of Auburndale on the west, Newton Lower Falls on the acute southwest, Newtonville on the east, and Waban on the south. The West Newton train stop is found close to a still-standing hotel (now tiny shops) that served as a coach-and-four stop. The station was destroyed within the construction of the Massachusetts Turnpike. West Newton sq., the city center of West Newton is home to several native businesses and venues.
