West Boylston could be a city in Worcester County, Massachusetts, u. S.. West Boylston includes the village of Oakdale, placed on the alternative aspect of the Wachusett Reservoir from West Boylston center on Route a hundred and forty. West Boylston was originally a part of many neighboring cities Lancaster, Shrewsbury, Boylston, Holden and Sterling. The city was created as a part of a dispute between Boylston and West Boylston over the situation of a replacement city meeting house. It had been incorporated in 1808. Today, West Boylston has remodeled itself into a suburbia for Worcester and also the close region. Attributable to the reservoir, the city has been able to preserve a lot of of its rural character, creating it a lovely place for recreation and living.
