Weedsport could be a village in Cayuga County, New York, USA. The Village of Weedsport is in northern a part of the city of statesman. Weedsport was a port on the canal, west of Syracuse, New York. Whitford’s airdrome is north of the village within the city of Cato. Weedsport was at intervals the Central big apple Military Tract. The village was originally named “Weed’s Basin” because the town had a basin (boat turnaround) during the canal era. The name was then changed to Weedsport.
