Walnut may be a town in l. A. County, California, u. S.. Town of Walnut obtained its name from the Rancho Los Nogales Mexican grant, nogales being the Spanish word for walnut. With exceptions to some busy intersections (such as close to Mt. Urban center College), the cragged and affluent town is significantly a lot of relaxed compared to most near neighborhoods. Town covers nearly 9 sq. Miles (23 sq. Kilometer) and is home to over twenty nine,000 folks and 600 businesses.
