Wakaw, Saskatchewan, may be a settlement northeast of Saskatoon and south of patrician prince consort. It’s regarding halfway between the 2 cities. Wakaw may be a Cree sense “crooked”, the name being taken from near Wakaw Lake and applied to the city.
