Detail InformationEdit

Van Wesenbekestraat is the street in Antwerp (Belgium) where the little Chinatown of the city is settled. It contains a lot of Asian restaurants, the biggest Asian supermarket in the country (named Sun Wah), a Buddhist temple and a school for mastering kungfu. Both at the entrance and the end of the street, two Chinese lions guard the inhabitants. The street is decorated with flags and dragon-shaped streetlights to express its typical character. Since 2011 there is also a large typical gate.
