Valliance Bank Tower may be a building within the near-northwest Uptown section of capital of Oklahoma, Oklahoma. The tower is 98m and has twenty two floors. The signature tower is anchor of the Northwest downtown and is that the tallest and most distinguished building in capital of Oklahoma outside of downtown. The tower was originally created to be the longer term home of Penn sq. Bank and was partly completed at the time of Penn Square’s dissolution.
