Unión de Reyes is a municipality and city in the Matanzas Province of Cuba. It is located in the western part of the province, 30 kilometres (19 mi) south of Matanzas, the provincial capital. In 2004, the municipality of Unión de Reyes had a population of 40,022. With a total area of 856 km2 (331 sq mi), it has a population density of 46.8 /km2 (121 /sq mi).
