Two Logan sq. May be a highrise office block in downtown urban center simply off The printer drive. The building is understood for its signature roofline with a backlit clock. It’s a companion building to 1 Logan sq. That stands across Cherry Street. The building, designed by the firm Kohn Pedersen Fox, was completed in 1987, a similar year united Liberty Place, that stood as Philadelphia’s tallest building for twenty years.
The building’s name may be a nod to its neighborhood, Logan sq., thus named for the near Logan Circle, one in all William Penn’s original 5 squares of urban center. Major tenants embody the house Pepper Hamilton LLP and Binswanger.
