Travelers Rest may be a town in Greenville County, South geographic area, us. it’s a part of the GreenvilleMauldinEasley Metropolitan applied mathematics space. “TR”, because the town is understood round the space, is simply north of Greenville. The name “Travelers Rest” came from the actual fact that it’s placed virtually directly against the border with the North geographic area mountains. Travelers would stop for an instant within the city, before they began the troublesome journey up into the mountains. Often, travelers would need to pay the winter there, looking forward to the snow to clear within the mountains, before continued northward.
