Trammell Crow Center could be a 50-story genre building at 2001 Ross Avenue within the Arts District of downtown urban center, Texas. With a structural height of 708 linear unit (216 m), and 686 linear unit (209 m) to the roof, it’s the sixth-tallest building in urban center and also the 18th-tallest within the state. The tower was designed by the design firm, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, and includes a polished and flamed granite façade, with 1,200,000 square foot (110,000 m2) of workplace house. It had been originally engineered because the new headquarters of LTV (Ling-Temco-Vought) that had outgrown its previous headquarters at 1600 Pacific Tower.
