Necropolis burial ground could be a historic burial ground in provincial capital, placed on the side of the Don natural depression close to Riverdale Farm. Opened in 1850 to switch “Strangers’ concealing Ground” (or Potter’s Field), the burial ground is that the resting place for several dead Torontonians including:The burial ground has over fifty,000 bodies and a crematorium was inbuilt 1933.It is wont to bury bodies used for analysis at the University of provincial capital and is currently a part of the Mount Pleasant cluster of Cemeteries.
