  • Rates inclusive of all taxes (service tax & luxury tax).
  • Per couple rates applicable on 2 people staying together sharing the same room.
  • Provision for child / extra adult available on request.
  • Gala dinner on Christmas and New Year, if any, to be paid directly at hotel.
  • Flight and train bookings can be done on request.
  • Any changes to the booked packages can be done by either by email to info@tourmet.com or phone at +91 0712 6555 055. Please mention your booking ID.
  • Additional cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like landslides, road blockage, etc will have to be paid on the spot by the guest directly.
  • Check in and Check out time as per hotel policy.
  • All payments are subject to cancellation policy.
  • No refund on any unused facility
  • Online bookings are subject to availability (on the working day after payment). Full refund applicable in case of non-availability.

Exclusions

  • Personal expenses such as laundry, bottled water, soft drinks, incidentals, porter charges, tips etc
  • Meals other than mentioned
  • Entrance fees
  • Cost of airfare / train fare

Cancellation Policy

All payments to Must See India are subject to following cancellation policy –

  • 15 days or more before the journey: Rs 1,000 deduction
  • 7 days or more before the journey: 25% deduction
  • 2 days or more before the journey: 50% deduction
  • 48 hrs before the journey or no show: Non refundable

Peak Season Cancellation Policy

Following policy will be applicable in peak seasons included (but not restricted to) below.

  • 15 days or more before the journey: 50% deduction
  • 7 days or more before the journey: Non refundable

Peak Seasons

  • All destinations: 10th Oct to 17th Oct, 1st Nov to 15th Nov, 15th Dec to 10th Jan

Andaman Cancellation Policy

  • 30 days or more before the journey: Rs 1,000 deduction
  • 15 days or more before the journey: 50% deduction
  • 10 days or more before the journey: 75% deduction
  • 7 days or more before the journey: Non refundable

Booking Procedure

  • Once we receive your confirmation mail, we will block the rooms.
  • We will need full payment 30 days before your travel date.
  • You can make the payment via CREDIT CARD or DEBIT CARD through your Trip Dashboard. You can also do ONLINE BANK TRANSFER or CHEQUE DROP at our bank account.
  • Once we receive the payment, we will send you the RECEIPT acknowledging the amount received and confirming the service.
  • We will send you the HOTEL VOUCHERS. Please carry their printouts.
  • We will SMS you the driver details 24 hr before your travel.
