Tell town may be a town in Troy town, Perry County, Indiana, on the Ohio River, Indiana’s southern border. The population was seven,272 at the 2010 census. the town is that the seat of Perry County. Tell town traces its 150+ year previous roots to a gathering in Cincinnati, Ohio, in Nov 1856. a bunch of Swiss-German immigrants met there to prepare a society referred to as the “Swiss organisation Society.” Its purpose was to get cheap homesteads for mechanics, shopkeepers, works employees and little farmers in a very location wherever all might sleep in harmony.
