Originally settled by homesteaders within the Eighteen Eighties, the land was purchased by the town of urban center and incorporated into the town correct in 1904. Though the bulk of the first residents of Sunnyside were Canadian Pacific Railway and Eau Claire Sawmill staff, the community currently in the main attracts urban professionals.
Sunnyside is delimited by Centre Street on the east and by tenth Street nor’-west on the west. On the north Sunnyside is delimited by McHugh Bluff Park and on the south by the Bow stream.Sunnyside’s design could be a mixed array of styles and designs every telling a story of the neighborhood’s history.
