Summit may be a village in Cook County, Illinois, u. S.. The village is best referred to as the setting to Ernest Hemingway’s 1927 story “The Killers”. In line with the u. S. Authority, the village contains a total space of two.3 sq. Miles (6.0km2), of which 2.1 sq. Miles (5.4km2) ar land and zero.2-square-mile (0.52km2)is water. Most of “Summit” is really within the flood plain of the Des Plaines watercourse.
