Detail InformationEdit

The St. Andrews Patrol Cabin was designed by the parkland Service in 1922 as a part of a network of stations close to the boundaries of Mount Rainier parkland for rangers on patrol. The one-room log structure stands on the Wonderland path that circumnavigates Mount Rainier. The outside of the cabin options a construction to the front. The inside is finished with painted logs and tongue and groove flooring. The cabin was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on March thirteen, 1991. It’s a part of the Mount Rainier National Historic Landmark District, that encompasses the whole park and that acknowledges the park’s inventory of Park Service-designed rustic design.
