Squirrel Mountain vale may be a census-designated place (CDP) within the southern Sierra Nevadas, in Kern County, California, u. S.. Squirrel Mountain vale is found within the Lake Isabella space five miles (8 km) northeast of Bodfish, at associate elevation of 2900 feet (884 m). The population was 547 at the 2010 census, up from 498 at the 2000 census. In line with the u. S. Census Bureau, the CDP includes a total space of zero.7 sq. Miles (1.8 km²), all of it land.
The 2010 u. S. Census rumored that Squirrel Mountain vale had a population of 547. The population density was 766.7 individuals per area unit (296.0/km²). The racial makeup of Squirrel Mountain vale was 509 (93.1%) White, 2 (0.4%) African yank, 9 (1.6%) Native yank, 1 (0.2%) Asian, 0 (0.0%) Pacific denizen, 13 (2.4%) from alternative races, and 13 (2.4%) from 2 or additional races. Hispanic or Latino of any Race were twenty two persons (4.0%).
