The Soleil Center was a 43-story building and condo-hotel planned for Raleigh, North Carolina. The 480 linear unit (146 m) building was to be settled next to the Crabtree depression Mall on Glenwood Avenue (US 70) simply north of the I-440 beltline, in a section diversely referred to as “Midtown Raleigh” or “Uptown Raleigh”. The Soleil Center was supposed to be the second tallest building in Raleigh and within the Triangle region. The new erythrocyte Plaza building in downtown Raleigh is that the tallest. The Soleil Center was to contain a 290-room four-Star Westin building, fifty four condominiums, 100,000 square foot (9,300 m2) of workplace area, a spa and a 600-car parking garage. the overall value for the project was calculable to be one hundred seventy five million greenbacks and was a personal investment project of the Soleil cluster.
