SOIL room is Associate in Nursing artist-run, not-for-profit gallery in port of entry, Washington, USA. Placed within the new restored Tashiro Kaplan Building on third and Yesler, Soil encompasses a rotating membership of twenty – twenty four artists. It’s received substantial native also as national press attention.
Founded in 1995, SOIL exists as another venue for artists to exhibit, develop, and advance their work. SOIL succeeds at this by having open submissions, wherever each six months anyone will submit a show proposal. All proposals ar viewed by the membership and accepted or declined on a 2/3 vote. During this approach, SOIL will bring each distinguished and unknown artists and curators into the established Pioneer sq. Setting. SOIL shows a unique exhibition monthly, collaborating in Pioneer Square’s 1st Th artwalk tradition.
