Detail InformationEdit

The Sniffen Court Historic District is one among big apple City’s smallest historic districts, created on June 21, 1966 by the big apple town Landmarks Preservation Commission. Sniffen Court, named when John Sniffen, a neighborhood builder, could be a tiny close-ended mews that runs sheer southwest off of East thirty sixth Street between Third and Lexington Avenues within the Murray Hill neighborhood of Manhattan. The district encompasses the complete alley, that consists of ten two-story brick stables in-built 1863-1864 within the early Romanesque|style of architecture|type of architecture} Revival style.
