By Air : The nearest airport is the one in Hubli. The airport in Hubli is well connected to the cities of Mumbai and Bangalore, and buses will be available from Hubli to Sirsi. Flight fares may range around Rs 1500 to 3000 depending on the distance covered.

By Train : Sirsi can also be reached through train, and the nearest railway station is located at the town of Kumta, located fifty eight kilometers from the place. The railway station is Kumta is well connected through the Konkan Railway Line, and the station has regular trains from Mangalore, Goa, Kumbakonam, Panjim, Gandhidham and other major coastal areas.
