Sirohi is a small city that is located in the state of Rajasthan, in Sirohi district. The place is located in the Southern regions of the state and there are many tourist places that can be seen in and around the center of the city. The city was part of the princely state Sirohi.The Sirohi Fort that is located in the Siranwa Hill is the main attraction of the town and many tourists can be seen in this place. The fort was built in the year 1405 and it is located in the eastern slopes of the hill. Markundeshwar is an ancient historical site that is said to be around 5000 years old and is also an interesting place to visit. There is a Saraswati Temple that is located in Markundeshwar as well. Kesar Villa Palace is an exquisite building that is located in the Sirohi Fort. There is a Jain temple called the Pavapuri that is located in Sirohi and this is an important place for many Jains in the region. There are many more mandirs and temples that are located in a street called the temple street. These include the Ambeshwarji Temple and the Delwadi Jain mandir.

By Air : The Udaipur airport is located around 110 km away and a few domestic flights operate to and from the airport. Places such as Delhi, Jaipur, Hyderbad, Jodhpur and Mumbai are connected to the Udaipur airport. If you wish to travel by air, then this might be the most appropriate option. Buses and taxis are available from the airport to the city of Sirohi and it can be easily reached.

By Train : There are 9 railway stations in the Sirohi district and the city of Sirohi has the main railway station in the district. The station is connected to places such as Chennai, Jodhpur, Ranakpur, Ajmer, Haridwar, and Mumbai. One can easily reach the city center from the station using the local auto rickshaws that are available.

By BUS : The Rajasthan state buses connect the city to places such as Udaipur, Jaipur and other nearby places. There are frequent buses from the main bus terminus in the city of Udaipur. Buses tickets cost around Rs 50 and if you are not looking for comfort, this is a good option.

By Taxi : Taxis and Auto rickshaws are easily available for moving about in the city.
