On the banks high higher than the stream stands a reproduction of the Verde stream Sheep Bridge. The Flagstaff Sheep Company and also the Howard Sheep Company made the first bridge to reduce the loss of sheep once crossing the stream.The bridge was started in 1943 and finished in 1944 at a value of $7,277. The fabric used came from associate degree Arizona mine and from a railway. On Nov twenty one, 1978, Sheep Bridge was entered into the National Register of Historic places. Sheep Bridge is that the entry to the side of the Mazatzal geographic area.
