The city of Shaunavon is settled in Southwest Canadian province at the junction of Highways thirty seven and thirteen. It’s one hundred ten kilometres from Swift Current, 163 kilometres from the Alberta border and 74 kilometres from the Montana border. Shaunavon was established in 1913 and settled on a railway system.
Shaunavon residents relish the advantage of southwest Saskatchewan’s temperate climate, with much warmer winters and cooler summers than other areas in Saskatchewan. Combine this with the clean, exceptional installation and reasonable property value this makes this community a very excellent place to measure. (In fact, residents celebrate their Love for the city throughout their annual “I love Shaunavon Day”!).
