The probably most precious country castle of the Baroque-Classicism time in Austria has already been mentioned way back in the 12th century as “”Durrintal””.
Around 1720, the castle has been rebuilt by Josef Emanuel Fischer von Erlach according to his late Baroque-Classicism draft. Precious stucco ceilings by Santino Bussi and just as precious stone decoration.
