The wall stump of a former castle stands on the Latorvár-tető (Knave castle peak), in its neighborhood there is a Hungarian conquest age monument. The Eötvös castle was started being built up in the 18th century. Eötvös József started writing his novel “A karthausi” (A man from Karthaus) here. In its park there is a classicist burial vault (1814). Its Catholic Church is an ancient monument (1794). Gárdonyi Géza attended the elemental school here. In the Knowledge of Hungary Hall named after him a school- and regional historical exhibition can be visited. The brook Vízfő-forrás (Water Head spring) is habitat of black snails. 1km far from Vízfő there is a stock farm of deer on an area locked with barrier.
