Saint-Pamphile may be a ville within the province of Quebec, placed in L’Islet Regional County Municipality, within the Chaudière-Appalaches administrative division. Whereas the official municipal territory finishs at the US-Canada border placed at the japanese end of city, there’s a small hamlet placed instantly east of the border, referred to as St-Pamphile, Maine.
