Is found on the location of the city’s former reservoir, that was practical till 1852, and replaced by the McTavish reservoir, when the good hearth of 1852. The sq. Was created in 1876, and named for 2 businessmen, brothers Emmanuel and Jean-Baptiste Saint-Louis.
