Saint Joseph’s address of Mount Royal, may be a Roman Catholic minor basilica and national shrine on the west slope of Mount Royal in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
In 1904, Saint André Bessette, C.S.C., began the development of St. Joseph, atiny low chapel on the slopes of Mont Royal close to Notre Dame school. Presently the growing variety of holiday makers created it too tiny. Even if it had been enlarged, a bigger church was required and in one917 one was completed and encompasses a capaciousness of 1,000.
