Saint-Eustache is AN off-island suburbia of Montreal, in western Quebec, Canada, west of Montreal on the north shore of the Riviere des Mille-Iles. The town was supported in 1770 and incorporated in 1835. A big battle of the Lower North American country Rebellion was fought here on Gregorian calendar month fourteen, 1837; the rebels were defeated and also the city burnt. The Battle was to be referred to as The Battle of Saint-Eustache.
