Rudrapur is a city and a Nagar Nigam in Udham Singh Nagar district in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.The Chaiti Devi Temple is another tourist site in the town and the temple is considered extremely sacred by the local population and is a must see site while visiting the place. The Giri Sarovar Lake is also a popular place and it is located around 2 km from the Kashipur Bus Stand.

The Delhi International Airport is one of the main airports in the country and is connected to many international destinations. Taxis from the Delhi airport are available extensively and they charge around Rs 7 per km for the trip for a sedan.
By Train : The town of Rudrapur has excellent rail connectivity and this is the mode widely used mode of transport to the place. The station is connected to Delhi, Dehradun, Lucknow and Kathgodam by frequent services. Tickets from Delhi to Rudrapur cost around Rs 130. Autos are available at the station to any point in the town.
By Bus : The place is also well connected to most of the cities in the state by buses. Private buses are available from Delhi to Rudrapur. Ticket fares range between Rs 200 and 700 depending on the type of bus. Volvo A/C buses are available as well.
